CanSkate Coaches Next Steps Seminar

Have you recently taken the CanSkate coaching course? Are you in the process of completing your portfolio?

If so, please join us in-person or online (via webinar) for a seminar focussing on how to

• complete the portfolio,
• navigate changes to the CanSkate certified pathway (effective January 2020),
• create successful videos and
• get the most out of your mentor interview.

The in-person seminar will also include an on-ice portion focussing on

• CanSkate skills and standards;
• lesson time, including
  • circuit layouts (and training on how to draw circuits),
  • skill progressions and
  • one-on-one coaching tools; and
• group activities (warm-up, cool-down, etc.).

Sessions will be led by a current portfolio evaluator/learning facilitator.
